It been a while since I've posted anything in this section. I was looking for a tape measure when I came across a chisel set I won in the 10th birthday bash loser's contest. I had forgotten about them and I thought I should turn at least one handle. I used maple from a group turning blanks I picked up at Woodcraft. I finished the handle with WTF but I sprayed it rather then wiping it. All C & C are welcome.

Thanks Charlie and Derek for your nice comments. Charlie I have 3 more to turn I'm not sure when I'll get them done. Derek the kit came from Chefware.com so I'm not sure who makes them but as you said they do look like they are quality.

I agree with Cody! I've made a few tool handles and the ones from the big box stores get thrown around easily and frequently... not so often with the ones I made.

The shape and finish are great Dan!

When you get to doing socket handles for chisels contact me and I will share the secret to doing them more easy -- that one looks just fine

Then there are the London Pattern Handles --
