Catenary Curve

I made this bowl for a challenge which required that you make a natural edge bowl with a catenary curve shape. A catenary curve is the shape that a hanging chain naturally makes. I made the bowl extra deep to accentuate the curve and added carved feet to carry the curve through the bottom. Maple, 8.5" diameter and 7" tall.
