"Bracelet helpers"

I ordered some awhile back and have misplaced the instructions on how to make them. They are the ones from Arizona Sillouette #BWH-271. I have not figured out how to assemble them. It is the one with the long single tube. Any "helpers" out there?? I know that there were some threads about using these in the '60s, but not for bracelets.:wink:
