I guess I like turning functional work. After seeing Anthony's work I contacted him and bought a few to try them out.

The handles are Trustone from Craft Supply, I used blocks sold as bottle stopper materials.

The finish is simply surface micro polishing with micromesh....Something different..

Sweet!! I might have to go back to a brush and soap myself!! Truestone for pens really isn't my cup of tea but I really like the way it looks with your brushes. Good job!!

nice work... if you ever try any best badger hair as opposed to silvertip, let me know if you notice any difference. i've owned silvertip and used best for the one i made a while ago and quite frankly, i like the best badger hair better. it makes a better lather IMHO. keep up the good work!
