I'm happy to report that as fast as I make acrylic bottle stoppers they seem to sell. Today I made another five to add to those in the Gallery. I am always amazed at the shine as they move from sanded to hyper-glossy. They are also fun to play with the shapes as my mind wanders through the possibilities.

They are eye candy!

One better than the next! Ruth shared an idea with me that others may want to practice. I use a forstner (sp?)bit to drill a very shallow lip that hides part of the flat surface that meets the threads.

That is exactly why I said thank you to her. I recessed each one about 1/16-1/8". Nice finishing touch on the better stopper.
