Default 110 in the shade

So it was 110 in the shade today. I mixed a bunch of resin and turned a few shave brushes. Here's a pic.

A beautiful pour and an appropriate color for the temp - charcoal.

It cooled off once the sun went down. Also had a storm roll through. I'm still working on my crazy brush design for the competition on facebook. Just can't get it exactly like I want, but have another month to perfect it!

It's been so wet here, the dams are about to burst, and the skeeters are having a field day. Today is supposed to top out at 105*F or so.
Whew!

Grandson was to play baseball in MD. Some games were rained out and put off to a later date. I think the South Maryland Blue Crabs had four games cancelled for rain.
There was a dam that was threatening to flood parts of Lynchburg, VA but the rain quit and they were able to pull down the level.
