Wood shelves in pressure pot?

I as curious if wood shelves wood work in a pressure pot? If so should it be VC plywood or MDF? I would glue and screw it...

Or is another material preferred so it will stay together?

I use just regular plywood. Works great. I think I have 3 shelves on mine...

Anything that will support the weight you put on it will work .
