Are you really asking if PR and Alumilite ( at least 2 different kinds of resins) cab be mixed? Or, can two different pieces be cast together? Good questions, I am getting ready to start casting and these are valid questions.

PR will stick to PR, but Alumilite will not stick PR at any time or even to itself after it hardens
Even PR doesn't bond permanently to itself if the 1st part is totally cured. As long as it's tacky, it will work. I've know where someone tried to cast small pieces of broken PR in more PR. They had to use CA to keep the blank together when turning.

I've never tried bonding PR to alumilite. I have thought to try the small pieces of PR cast in alumilite, but I've never gotten around to it. So I don't know.
