So a few months ago I had a brainstorm...yes, just ONE...I thought it would be cool to have some penstriping on a painted tube. My grand daughters boyfriend is pretty good with cars, fenders and gas tanks. So I asked him if he could do some on a tube. He said he would give it a shot. Freehand penstriping on a 3/8ths diameter tube would scare me.

There will be more to come :wink:

It almost looks like an inlay; sand or turquoise material. Very nice.

If this is hand painted pin-striping, I'd somehow handcuff the artist, and nurture your relationship! It is excellent.

Thanks Mark! He's slow giving them back, but worth the wait for sure. I'm going to give him this pen as incentive to do more :biggrin: Hope it works :rolleyes:
