Here's the result of my second pour. Poured it last night and de-molded this afternoon after finishing off the curing in the oven. After my first pour waiting too long to mix I think I errored on the other side and poured a little early. As I was carrying the mold to the pressure pot I could see the PR was swaying in the mold a little too easy. The mix was a 2:2:1 ratio of Chameleon Violet, Blue Silver Star, and Pearl White.

So since I've demolded, cut up the slab, and pre-turned one of the pieces....is it safe to make a pen yet or should I wait longer for the curing process to complete?

Those are beautiful! I can't wait to see what they look like as pens. This is a superb result for your second attempt. The big question is: Do you think you could make more just like them?
