If your not in to math equations just wrap the desired tube with piece of paper or tape and then use a razor blade and cut a line from top to bottom of the tube and peal it off. This will be the exact size you need minus a little for the overlap. Measure it with a ruler and use MS Word to size your image. It will tell you the image measurements as you enlarge or shrink it. Then just print a sample on paper and compare it to the size you need for fine tuning. That way your not wasting decal or label paper.

I just looked at Fred's link. He has done the hard part for you and listed the measurement size for each tube. All you need to do is use that number to resize your image on MSWord.

Copy and paste the photo using MS Excel or MS Word.
Resize the photo using Picture Tools.
Print a test copy to check for pen tube fit prior to printing final photo on decal
paper or a Weatherproof Matte ONLINE Label.
Be sure to seal the ink after it has dried.

I got this from a reference file on one of the FB groups.

Converting inches to pixels (depending on resolution):

Resolution of 72 pix/inch = 95 x 164 pixels
Resolution of 150 pix/inch = 198 x 342 pixels
Resolution of 300 pix/inch = 396 x 683 pixels
Resolution of 600 pix/inch = 792 x 1366 pixels
