Was recently doing yard sales and as usual always looking for something to use w/pens or crafts. Came across a used roll of 1/4" electric wire sleeving that expanded to 1/2" like the old chinese finger puzzles for 50 cents. Had about 30 ft left on it. A flash thought hit--cast it. It slipped over the WS2 tube easy, and used thin CA spread on to hold it in place. The ends trimed off easy, and did not unravel even before using the CA. The casting in PR went fine and no air bubbles showed up even though it looks like there's a chance with all the small squares. The spreading of the CA on it filled up the squares and eliminated the air bubble potential. The link below shows the sleeving which is pricey new, but yard sale price of 2 quarters can't be beat and there's lots of blank sleeves left.
