I'll leave my PR castings under pressure for overnight, and will try to get it close to 24 hours if possible. Sometimes the castings are pretty sticky to the touch when they come out, so I give them more time after demolding to harden.

3 or 4 hours. No need after that. Bubbles are gone they are gone. Warm the resin before casting and you really do not need pressure.
