Hey folks - I got done converting a HF paint pot to a pressure pot and everything went pretty painlessly. The exception was the PRV - it pops off at @43 psi and I'd like for it to pop at 55. I know I have to rotate the collar around the pin a quarter turn until I get to my desired pressure but for the life of me, I can't figure out how to turn that thing? Is there a special tool or technique that I'm missing here?

Thanks in advance!

I've heard that their PRVs can be flaky and unreliable. I bought a better one and pitched the one that came with. I don't remember what I got anymore, but they're not hard to find or particularly expensive.

There's a slit on each side of the pin. Turn it to the right (I believe) until you get the right pressure you have to do it under pressure.

The best bet is to pitch the Pressure relief valve that came with the pot and hit Lowe's or Home Depot for a much more reliable valve. Just my opinion from .experience
