1st Cast

Fianlly got to turn the cast I did a few weeks ago. I also was forced to make my first Centerband (Corian) as PSI decided I needed 2 nibs and no band.....

I am noticing some white spots in the cast. I am thinking the white (Mica) did not disolve all the way when mixed in. I also poured too early and got a good bit of grey in there.

That's NIIIIICE. Love the work on the centerband, too. I guess I'm about to have to step my game up to keep pace!
