Well, since Edgar is concerned about how well people are doing I went ahead and sent in the correct answer. Twice. In two different orders. So everyone can quit trying now.

i think the "Pulling Numbers Out of a Hat" system will work best for this one.

I put one entry in--might have gotten one or two. If I just reverse the order for the second entry I might get more right!!

I bet that these pieces of wood all came from the same tree and Edgar just added the 7 other wood types as a distraction...

Don`t think he has any pecan left . He couldn`t afford to keep those 10 million squirrels in nuts , so they had to start eating his best pieces of wood , leaving what you see in this contest .
