Default Are you clear casting? check this out

OFFICIAL Announcement. Turners Warehouse and www.turnerswarehouse.com is an official distributor of Liquid Diamonds Epoxy Resin. We have been chosen by the manufacturer to service the pen making community for our knowledge in pen making and our long service to the maker group. We are currently offering Liquid Diamonds and will be offering much more in the near future to fill a lot of your casting needs. You all know I have been in pen making going on 10 years and have been teaching pen making for many of those years. My experience will help bring products to you and (as actual turner) you will get the resins and advise that works for your craft. Thank you all again for supporting those who support you!. The small vendors on this group that participate and help are what makes this group what it is.
Also the promo we announced sunday is still running, use code Liquiddiamonds to save $7 on Turners Warehouse right now!!

Chad, in your first video using this resin you mention that you plan to test how it behaves when cutting threads (for kitless pens). Have you tried that yet?

If this produces good results without a pressure pot, and drills & taps cleanly, I might be tempted to start casting

Also ... do you stock the silicone stuff to make molds? (Like the one you made for the pen rest in your video?) If not, can you recommend a brand name, place to buy, etc?

I use alumilite
https://www.alumilite.com/store/pg/4...Materials.aspx

But most of those recommend a pressure pot. I think local hobby stores (hobby lobby) sell a type of Alumilite that does not require a pressure pot. this one I believe
