Now and again the subject of barrel trimmers and sanders comes up. I have made numerous sanding discs in various sizes and materials for my wood lathe but never one for my metal lathe for pens. Finally quit procrastinating and this is what I came up with. Joyner pendant jig with a drilled and tapped corian plate with sandpaper attached.

Mr. Stubbs, that is great--I wish I could make one of those. Could I talk you into making me one--and what would the cost be?

Hope it's OK to post that here, if it's not mods, just remove my post.

Hmmm ... With a Collet Chuck, Jacob's Chuck and transfer punch, this would work in a wood lathe. (Probably voicing the painfully obvious, though:rolleyes:)
