Does anyone have any experience with the Axminster eccentric chuck sold by craft supply?. If so, could you relate some things you have made on it and how you like it ?
Thanks for your help.

I have one of those -- Use it for making buttons for the knitter/spinner/weaver that I live with. Also used for putting decorative fills into the bottoms of plates/platters and similar. I cut the button holes with a tiny gouge as a rule, but could use a drill.

Well made, and has very little supporting materials on use. Bill Bowers shows a platter with it in his book on spirals, but there is not enough there to make the purchase a good value.

John Giem did a YouTube video on a similar use - but used a shop built jig instead of the Axminister.
