Hi Folks:

I own one of these and use it regularly. Does any know of a way to adjust the hardware on the red levers so that they rest closer to the rails (so they don't stick out so much) when locked it position?

Thank you!

The handle is held in place in the cam by a set-screw. You can access it through a window in the side of the extrusion that the arms slide in -- takes an Allen key, not sure what size.

I haven't tried it, but I expect you'd be able to loosen that set-screw, rotate the handle with respect to the cam, and lock it down again -- though you might have to grind a new flat for the set-screw to lock against.

I called oneway and there's no way that they would recommend adjusting them. I can make do without.

An alternative: you could take off the plastic handle cover and shorten the arm. Might need to use an extender/persuader (a length of pipe, or rod with a hole that slips on and off the arm) to get the leverage you'd need for a good clamping force.
