I took the plunge and bought a real chuck for stepping up my turning into the non-linear world. WoodCraft has Nova G3 going on sale next month but gave me the $100 discount today! FYI if you are in the market I'm pretty sure thats a great deal on a better than average Chuck with 4 jaw sets!

Adapter

Don't forget to get the proper insert for your lathe. I bought this chuck Tuesday night and didn't figure that out till Wednesday when I opened the package to install the chuck. Another trip to Woodcraft on Thursday . . . Still a good deal but the sales guy missed a sure sell by not letting me in on this little piece of info.

that is a very good buy with the extra jaws and you can get the needed adaptor for your spindle head on amazon for cheap money
