Nova 1624 II Lathe

I noticed Woodcraft is advertising this lathe as being new & price is $999.99
When I try to do a review the Nova 1624 Lathe pops up. Suggested retail price around $1500.00. Is anyone familiar with this lathe?

This is from the manufacturer website:

"This updated model has a fresh new look in black to match the new NOVA Galaxi Lathe and the new NOVA Voyager Drill Press. All other features and benefits remain the same from the older model."

So, it sounds like the reviews from the original model would apply since it sounds like the only thing they changed was the color.

I almost missed it as well. It really wasn't in the body of the text about the lathe but rather off in the right top corner of the page.
