Here at the wood shop where I work, I have taken it upon myself to be the sharpener of all our tools. I personally do not like using a dull tool. When I first came here, all they had was a little diamond pad and the super urgent sharpening was handled by a shop in town. Over the years I've convinced the boss to gradually invest in these machines so I can do the majority of the work here when we need it done, and even do small touch up and repairs ourselves. They were scattered here and there across our shop, however, and with work being a touch slow this week, we've been tidying up and organizing our shop a bit more, so I got a sharpening table organized so I have a central place to get it all done from. All the jigs, abrasives, supplies/consumables are in the drawers.

From left to right, there's the Tormek for chisels and shaper/jointer/planer blades (and personally gouges for turning), then the Worksharp (Ken Onion edition with blade grinder) for knives, then the Viel carbide sharpening center for all of our carbide toothed saw blades, then the drill doctor 750 for all the drill bits.

It's not exactly pen turning related, my lathe is in my personal workshop, this is my work place, but I figured I'd post a bit of tool porn now that I've got them all together in a central work station, and in case anybody had questions on a specific machine I have experience with in future searches.

David that is a fine selection for sharpening tools for a small workshop. Nice when you can do the 'work' in house rather than relying on an outsider. Well done.
