I decided I got tired of freezing or burning up in the garage. So I took a piece of my office and built a table to do intricate blank work that doesn't require turning. Here's a few photos. I can fiddle when I'm bored. I can also watch tv while getting blanks ready to cast

I could never work in that environment, too clean, I'd be afraid of making a mess.
That's the excuse I give for not cleaning my shop.

Does your wife sew? Your rack closely resembles my wife's thread spool rack !!

Ben

Ben, I have several of those racks and got them at the local fabric store. Price was under $10 each and they work great for keeping the banks out of a mess.
I have one where I use it to keep cut blanks together while tubes set or finish dries before going to the next step. Either turning or assembly.
