JET Lathe owners

Does the hand wheel (on the right side of the spindle) from any of the Jet mini/midi lathes fit the 1236 ?

Trying to turn the spindle when sanding or finishing is a bear without something to hang on to!

The Jet site doesn't address the issue, and there's no email address for questions that I have found (still looking tho) !!

The left hand wheel from a mini will fit on the left side of the 1236

Jet's parent company - WMH tool group - sells a headstock handwheel to fit the 1236, but it's not listed on their website...you can call, however, and order that way!

Since you have a lathe, seems like it would be pretty simple to turn one of your own out of a block of scrap wood??
