Engraving on Cigar Holder

Not sure if this is the right forum to ask this, but I have been asked to make a rogue senior cigar holder with the end cap engraved. I suggested engraving the side of the upper barrel which would be easy to do, but he insists on having an initial engraved on the cap.

Suggestions on where / who can do this?
