I built this glue-up jig for cutting Dymondwood blanks on a diagonal. I bought a couple of cheap (88 cents) cutting boards from Walmart and screwed two pieces of wood at right angles along the edges of one of the boards. I cut up the other board to use as spacers to keep the glue off the wood.
After scuffing up the shiny sides of the Dymondwood blanks I glued three of them together using thick CA glue as seen in the first photo. After the glue had set I cut a piece of 3/4" material the same size as the glued up slab.
I then cut the Dymondwood and the MDF as described in the instructions as shown in the second photo.
I then glued up the Dymondwood slab and clamped it to the jig as shown in the third photo.
The instruction sheet is from CSUSA. I got it sometime ago and I don't think it is still available on their website.
