I'd contacted the manufacturer of my NEJE Laser Engraver, due to issues with it NOT engraving, and was advised to take a video of what it was/wasn't doing. So, just a few minutes ago, I attempted that. What I now, also, found, was that the engraver wasn't auto connecting. The only way to get the engraver to go into motion was via the red button, on top of the unit. But, I should have enough info, in that short video, to illustrate just what's going on.
However, there is a 2nd issue, which also affects my 2nd (newest engraver), due to neither of the two being recognized by the software. Utilizing the manual (red button) method of controlling the engraver, means that my 2nd engraver (the one which DOES burn) will only engrave the last name file that was burned in, when software AND machine was meshing.
Everything else works fine, in the USB ports on my laptop, which leaves me with no clue as to what is going on.
I wonder if this type of thing has happened to anyone else.
