It looks a lot like a Oneway Talon chuck ... edit: though I'm leaning more towards the original SuperNova chuck, based on the shape of the spindle adapter insert (hex) and the multiple grooves around the diameter of the chuck body.

If you have a Woodcraft store near you, then you can get those pen plus jaws for $33 and change since all Nova products are 15% off this month.

Hey Peter, how are you? I've actually been launching a lot of rockets, since the drought ended. But rocket season is over, so back to some pens.
