So far this is my easiest and accurate jig to use.

That looks very cool, but I can't for the life of me figure out the electrical path.

Why does sanding to the tube complete the circuit?

Squaring blank jig

Good point ,this jig is an evolution of my off center squaring jig and in both jig
I don't use a morse taper or Jaccob chuck, instead a drawbar going through the tailstock.This jig is not designed for a center blank sanding jig and if you have a similar jig I would like to see it.A full description of both jig you can find here.
