Default Band Saw Sled Enhancements

Last week I posted regarding the Band Saw Sled I had made. I made some enhancements to the sled to support a stop block system and a jig for cutting pen tubes to size.

I have already taken advantage of the sled and the enhancements multiple times. I should have made this years ago. I shy away from making a lot of jigs and shop tool simply because I donít have the room to store them. I already have so much clutter.

I am including two photos that show the enhancements. The seconds photo shows the jig in action ready to cut a blank to length.
