I am starting to accumulate the tools for making kitless pens, and all of the You Tub videos that I have seen show the use of a die holder when cutting the outer diameter threads.
I recently order a 1/2 inch die holder, which will hold the 1 inch round die, from VictorNet.com for $13.50. 1" Round Die Holder with 1/2" Shank
They have one which will hold 13/16 inch dies for the same price, and one which hold 1 1/2 inch dies for $18.50.
Just wanted to pass this on to those who might be interested.
