Hi Guys,

I have a kitless pen going where stabilized cherry burl butts up against ebonite.
Thought I was going to be able to get away without having to do any finishing, but on buffing out I found some spots where the stabilizing solution didn't penetrate the burl.

I'd like to go with WTF but wonder if it will adhere well to the ebonite. Does anybody know?

Any other suggestions?

I'm really trying to avoid CA and the learning curve involved with it.

Thanks,
Bill

Wood Turner's finish will easily stick to anything even your hands. I have used it in a variety of woods and Spectraply. No, I haven't used it in ebonite but it should adhere well. Be sure to allow 5-10 minutes between coats and let it dry overnight before final sanding and buffing.

Thanks Guys.

By the way, General Finishes now refers you to their closed group Facebook page "General Finishes University" for answers to questions. At least that was the only source I could find on their website.
