What method/product do you guys find the best for cleaning blanks after sanding during the CA process. I like the accelerator, but occasionally when i puff the accellerator on to the blank to clean it, it activates the ca a bit, and some paper towel sticks, which causes me to sand again. Is there a product that you guys use that you prefer over others?

When I do CA/Blo finish I use a paper towel to wipe off excess BLO each time. I only sand (MM) after the last coat and I use paper towel to wipe it between steps. I usually don't sand (MM) the same day I apply the finish.

I don't sand during the CA application process. When I have enough CA on the blank, I wet sand with MM. I clean the blank with a paper towel and compressed air before I apply CA.

I just use on of those fine Scotbrite type wash pads that are made for cleaning dishes. Wipe it in the grain direction to clear the sanding bits out of the grain.
