Here is an aluminum pen that I powder coated with Prismatic Black from Columbia Coatings. Prismatic Black TGIC

This isn't the most recent aluminum pen I made as I wanted to test on a pen that I liked less. I am happy with the way it turned out but I can see that the thickness of the PC is not even throughout the pen. Also, I tried to keep it thin enough on the threads so the cap would still screw on and that did not work out. I think next time I'll make like a stainless steel adapter with the threads.

Sorry that the picture is not very good.
Added a second picture taken at the same place outside but without my light box thing.

Thank you, Fred. I just tried to put one of those 1/16" stainless steel welding rod clips on it. The first hole drilled great. The second hole I broke the bit off. Was just going to leave that and drill a hole beside the second and the bit slipped up toward the to so now the clip isn't straight. Well, it was nice while it lasted.
