I was in our local bass pro shop tonight and picked up a bottle of vinyl jig paint in clear. Has anybody used this for pens? I put a couple of coats on a pen I still had on the mandrel,so will let it sit overnight and see what happens. It is quite thick in the bottle so may have to thin it so it goes on a little easier. It is made by Component Systems and if it will stand up to fish hitting a lure it must be tough.
