I found these photos of one of the pens I made a while back.
Using my described method in another thread, I feel this is
an acceptable finish for a pen that will be used and not collected.
The finish can be refined further for a higher dollar pen that will see a display, more than it will see paper.
This is just an example of removing the pesky scratches before moving to the next step. Someone with better vision and/or a magnifying device, I'm sure, could achieve much better results.
