Just finished (almost) an acrylic cigar this morning.:D
I applied Hut High Gloss Plastic Polish and got a very small
white area near the nib. I've tried everything I know to remove
it. Any suggestions will be appreciated. The area looks almost
chalky.

Could this be a chip out that is filled now with some sanding residue?? Check this out and try to remove the residue with a tooth pick, nothing sharp that could scatch the finished parts of the pen.

Not sure if it will impact the blank or not, but have you tried an oil, like BLO?

Oh, wait...that white spot that looks chalky, could that be CA that is interacting with the blank or the Hut Plastic Polish?
