When and how do you buff?
I am finishing with 320,400 then MM to #9.(have mine numbered 1-9 so I forget the grit #)
I then use sanding sealer and let rest overnight.
Then I'm on to #3 or #4 MM to #9 then I am using Deft lacquer and again I let the blank rest at least over night.(lately it's been more like a week)
I am then MM #4 to #9 (I know I know. Sounds an awful lot like Waynes process. Well that's pretty much what it is. THANKS WAYNE)
I have some of that incredible TSW that I want to use more of, only I'm not sure if I should TSW before or after the buff job.
I have the Beale system and am pretty sure I dont want to use the tripoli and am not sure if I need the white diamond either.
Boy this is getting long now.
Somebody help. When and how do you buff?
TIA
Scott

Man Scott, I'm glad you only go up to #9 ,
Anything over that, I would have to buff with my shoes & socks off [:D]

I would use TSW, Ren Wax or any other wax product, after your finished has completely dried for a day or a week in your case. I would just use the wax wheel and not the white or tripoli.

I woudl skip the second pass with the MM after the deft. Just go strait to the bealle. Buff with each compound then apply the hard carnuba wax. Once that sets you can add to the shine with the TSW.
