CA GLUE FINISH

CA glue smeared my permeant marker outline on a clip art image…..What can I use to outline, that the CA glue finish won't effect ????

Before I put a decal on, I spray it with a clear satin sealer. Let it dry, then put the decal on, let it dry, then apply CA.

I used a fine tipped paint pen I got at an art supply store.
