IAP Collection displays - 2015

Hi Folks!

As of now we have 22 beautiful pens for display (and 1 monster - thanks Phil ) = 23 received. 1 in the mail (from Canada), and 2 coming (from Australia) after the temperature and humidity equalizes between a desert, and Ohio (95 degrees to -10 degrees and 17% humidity to 77%).

There are also 12 more confirmed pens "In Design." So the initial display will come close to 38.

2015 ... So Far:​

BASH: Several contests will be "IAP Collection Eligible." (Specifics TBA)

MPG: April 17-18 (With a Contest to donate a pen. TBA)

MAPG: May 1-2 (With a Contest to donate a pen. TBA)

After this, we anticipate several of the Midwest Chapters for display/contests. Then for 2016... Possible travel time!

There are also two potential Woodturner Gatherings "Out West" for possible display in 2016!

So... Sharpen your gouges, think of something unique, and enter the contests!

You have now let the cat out of the bag. IAP collection wil;l be at the MPG and there will be a best of show contest from the winners, voted on by the attendees. The winner will be eligible to have his/her pen added to the IAP collection. This is indeed pen porn.

Just a reminder:

The IAP Collection

will be displayed at both gatherings, and they each will conduct contests of their design to donate a pen to the IAP Collection.
