The tech support team tells me that the password change problem has been fixed and customers can now change their password.

If you were a customer from the old store, the user name was set to your email address. Unfortunately the field was not big enough to contain all the characters is some of the addresses and the username is truncated. So when you change your password check your username carefully.

Smitty's club members....when you change your password you don't have to do anything else. Your membership has been set up at the new store.

My login works now. Was able to login using my email address unsername and the last password I changed to without further resetting. I think my Smitty's Club Membership is okay.
