No news this weekend the store support is not on duty so they have done nothing. The login/password problem is still with us but I was able to learn a couple of more things to tell the support team. The sale ends tomorrow but I will start it up again when the problem is fixed and members can change their password and I can restore their Smitty's Club membership if it needs to be done (it shouldn't in most cases - but who knows for sure)
