IF YOU ARE A NEW CUSTOMER
1 go to Pen Kits, Pen Turning, - that is www dot SmittysPenWorks dot com if you want to go there from somewhere besides here.
2 on the home page click login/logout on the upper left
3 on the next page click on the New Customer box
4 on the next page fill in all of the information you can including your telephone number if you ever expect to join or are a current member of Smitty's Club - No phone number no membership.
NOTE: Notice that there are two boxes that say State/Province - select only one based on whether you are inside or outside of the USA
5. after all the information is entered click the register box at the bottom of the page.
6. At this point click login/logout and make sure you can login to the account. If you want to join Smitty's Club click on Apply to Join Smitty's Club fillout the info and make the purchase. Do not make any other purchase this trip. Do not make any other purchases until you are notified that you have been accepted. if you do not want to join Smitty's Club you are all set.
IF YOU ARE A CURRENT CUSTOMER
If you were able to change your password and login you are all set. If you were a member of Smitty's Club you are still a member.
IF YOU ARE A CURRENT CUSTOMER WHO NEEDS TO CHANGE PASSWORD

4 Follow the instructions to change your password. Be very careful to enter the username exactly as it appears if you use it to change your pw....Some user names were truncated in the move.
5 When you get notice that your password has changed. Click on login/logout and attempt to login with your new password. If you can login you are all set. If you were a member of Smitty's Club you are still a member.
6 If you can't login you are a victim of the problem we're trying to address right now.
