#57 Peppercorn Burl. Sweet stuff but a little difficult to work. The hardness or maybe the inconsistency between the resin and Burl makde me so slow and gentle. But it is beautiful stuff!

Here is the finished pen. I learned a lot making this one since the materials were so different.

You done a great job with it and that blank is full of character, no doubts...!

One down, a few more to go, huh...???

Remember, thin CA is your best friend, it can harden soft wood that was never stabilized, making the transition between wood and resin less "dramatic", it runs into any of the smallest crevesses and bonds them, it helps to keep everything together, with some ease...!:biggrin:
