No, I have not and I don't doubt it would work, we have other ways to tenderise our meats when necessary.

Some of the best Venison I have ever tasted came from the corn fields of Illinois. It is all about what their diet is, to add to the taste of the meat.

Cream of celery with a can or two of mushrooms. Baby carrots and small red potatoes in the slow cooker. Makes you wonder what could be better.
