Our shipping software (Stamps.com) changed their software in mid-Feb.

We have been told by a few customers that the tracking number no longer is given to them in the email, right as your package ships. So, today we called Stamps--they acknowledged that WAS the case, but it was fixed about ten days ago.

SOOOOOOooooooooo, if you have ordered from us recently (this week, please) and received the Stamps.com email, can you tell us if the tracking number was on that email, please?

Received a package today, there was a tracking link in the email.

Thanks for the speedy delivery...ordered it on Wednesday and in the mailbox today

One problem seems to be solved, about a dozen left!!!

Will keep you all in the loop as we attack some of the other issues, including "lost" Yahoo emails.

Ed, received the email about the shipping and it did have the tracking number included. That was not the case about 3 weeks ago. Thanks for getting it fixed!

Ed, I received the email on Feb.27 that the package was on its way with tracking number. I didn't check the tracking until today when I read this, and after the package was delivered, but it worked, listing the package transit history.
