So, I finally got one turned. Not on the blank I'd like, but I used what I had, which is a boatload of the river-recovered curly pine. I would have rather used something more high-tech looking, but... oh well.

First thing... they work sooo much better then the rubber styluses. Even my home/back buttons are more responsive to this type. Ed, if you could convince someone to make the nano-fabric tips as a conversion kit, you could very well own the stylus market.

The double-twist mech is smooth as silk. I dropped an easy flow 9000 in it, and it writes like you wouldn't believe.

The only thing I'm not digging is the flat band... not a fan of those, although the two-tone looks okay. Still, if anyone has been on the fence about these kits, go for it.

No pic tonight, I have to wait until I get good natural light tomorrow.

In case anyone does NOT know, this is a new style stylus---not the rubber (easy to rip) version, this is a "compilation of strands" design. The techhies in the crowd can tell us WHY this is better for your devices---to me it's just not as likely to break!!

Don't know why, I do not see this picture as it is in a forum. I can though, writing a answer, copy from a quote URL of the picture and open it! So it's not about FB privacy or something. May be it has something to do with "https", may be try to use "http" instead (it still opens). Actually, I've removed S in "httpS" in a quote, let's see if it is a reason:)

EDIT: no, it's not, I still cannot see this pic. Do not now what's with a FB... May be my Chrome browser.
