Here we have something rather new. Tubes for Victorian pen kits!

Few things worthy of note on the Victorians.

• Victorian's are essentially bling-afied cigar's
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
• The lower tube section is that of a cigar, standard cigar rules apply.
  
  
  
  
• Lower tube length is critical! The upper tube length not so much, you do have some play room but not that much.
  
• The 'unsupported' area is when the pen is taken apart. When together the support is given via the center band.

Looking at that kit, I really like the pits and stuff makes it looked aged.
