Moving INVENTORY!!

This weekend we are working 16 hour days, Friday thru Tuesday--after which we will be operating from our new location.

Neither Dawn nor I has been near a computer, so email and other communication is going to have to wait until Wednesday. We are both looking forward to sitting down (I started this at 7:30 Sunday morn, I am scheduled to pick up the rented truck at 8:30--so I am sitting having a cup of coffee--last "sit" of the day)

The new place is looking good, even with boxes of inventory everywhere!! Today, we have "young guys" helping--I anticipate a LOT of progress.

Will post again, Wednesday--next time I expect to sit down!!

Ed, I know the move is a huge undertaking. You and Dawn need to utilize those young backs and go easy on your own. Please don't overdo it. Listen to your bodies. You may very well need to take some of those sit downs while directing the young guys.
Lead by example, then step back and let them step up. It will be a learning experience for the guys.
